Dr. Walid Hassan has over 25 years of experience delivering large-scale, technology-driven transformation for Fortune 500 companies. As Vice President of AI Services at CLOUDSUFI, he leads the design and delivery of customer-facing solutions powered by CLOUDSUFI’s proprietary AI, data, and digital transformation platforms, driving measurable value, operational excellence, and sustainable growth for clients.

Previously, Dr. Hassan served as Vice President – AI/ML at U.S. Bank, spearheading enterprise adoption of Large Language Models and advanced AI to improve productivity and decision-making. As Chief Strategist at Damaka, he shaped product and market strategies to open new revenue streams.

At XPO Logistics and Avaya, he led global ERP, HRIS, and analytics transformations, integrating systems for 90,000+ employees in 30+ countries, reducing costs, and accelerating delivery.

In addition to his corporate leadership, Dr. Hassan is a Professorial Lecturer at The George Washington University, teaching doctoral-level courses in Deep Learning, NLP, and Data Engineering. He holds a Doctor of Engineering from The George Washington University, an MBA in Finance from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania, and a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer and Communications Engineering from the American University of Beirut, where he graduated with High Distinction.
