Job Description
We are looking for a Business Analyst who would act as a bridge between business stakeholders and the technical team ensuring clear and effective communication to align expectations and deliver solutions that meet business requirements.. Would be responsible for understanding business needs, analyzing processes, and defining requirements. Collaborate with technical teams to design solutions that meet business needs, ensuring that the proposed solutions are feasible and align with business goals.
Job Responsibilities
● Partner with business stakeholders in Saudi Arabia and the UAE to gather and document requirements for new or improved Oil & Gas related systems and processes, specifically around Industry 4.0 and Digital Transformation.
● Analyze industry trends and identify opportunities for leveraging Cloud-based solutions and Artificial Intelligence for large conglomerates.
● Create Business case and present it to stakeholders for investment and approval.
● Translate complex business needs into clear and concise technical requirements for development teams.
● Facilitate workshops and conduct interviews to ensure a thorough understanding of stakeholder needs and pain points.
● Develop and maintain Business Requirements Documents (BRDs) and other relevant documentation.
● Work collaboratively with technical teams to ensure solutions meet all functional and non-functional requirements.
● Participate in solution design, development, and testing phases to ensure successful project delivery.
● Monitor and track project progress, identify potential roadblocks, and propose solutions to maintain project timelines and budgets.
● Contribute towards the creation of a knowledge repository, reusable templates, reports and dashboard.
● Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and innovations in Cloud Computing and Artificial Intelligence relevant to the Oil & Gas, Manufacturing, EPC, Supply Chain Management and Digital Marketing
Required Experience
● Analytical Skills and Business Analysis.
● Experience in gathering and documenting Business Requirements from customers in the Middle
East especially Saudi Arabia and UAE.
● Knowledge of Business Process mapping and improvement, part of Industry 4.0.
● Proficiency in Information Technology systems and tools primarily in the area of Data, Business Intelligence, CLOUD Computing and Artificial Intelligence.
● Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
● Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
● Experience with use cases for Industry 4.0, Digital Transformation and Artificial Intelligence is a must.
● Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field, Masters is preferred.
● Enjoy building genuine relationships with those around you; able to listen very well, to feel the audience and properly manage the mood of the other party.
● Be an organized person, to meticulously manage your commitments.
● Be a self-motivated team player with a well-developed work ethic.
● Have an excellent command of English both verbal as well as written.

● Must have worked with Middle East based clients in onsite/offshore delivery models.
● Should have very good verbal and written communication, technical articulation, listening and
presentation skills.
