Job Description
We are looking for an experienced and creative UI/UX Strategist cum Designer to join our team. As an
UI-UX Strategist, you will be responsible for delivering the best user experience for Business intelligence
reports and dashboards we are developing for our customers, which makes your role extremely
important for our success and ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty. You will be designing ideas
using various methods and latest technology. You will be designing Dashboards, graphics and reports to
convey key important messages derived from a large volume of data, to make it meaningful for CXO,
Executives and Managers.
Job Responsibilities
● Conduct research and deconstruct our users’ digital interactions and habits
● Plan and implement new designs
● Optimize existing user interface design Translate business and user needs and technology
constraints into solution concepts that are meaningful, easy to use, and engaging
● Facilitate workshops to answer critical business questions through design thinking, rapid prototyping, and testing ideas with customers
● Lead and support discovery of the project lifecycle, including workshops, user and stakeholder interviews, analytics, audits and benchmarking
● Utilize quantitative and qualitative research to generate meaningful insights that will drive
creative concepts
● Design journey maps, navigation design, sitemaps, information architecture, wireframes,
storyboards and prototypes
● Bring complex data products to life through maps, dashboards and infographics
● Define reporting and measurement metrics focused on project and usability goals
● Participate in organization development activities from time to time – Interviews, CSR/Employee
engagement activities, participation in business events/conferences, implementation of new policies, systems and procedures as decided by Management team
Required Experience
● Must have worked in creative designer capacity, developing CXO dashboards or worked with research analysts representing complex data in meaningful easy to understand graphics
● Must be an expert in all areas of user experience design (information architecture, interaction design, visual design, prototype engineering, content, user experience)
● Must have experience of deconstructing user behavior to create an improved experience for users, understanding of Usability Factors in Human Computer Interaction
● Should have ability to present design ideas with clarity and passion, and to receive feedback with
open-mindedness
● Should have superior communication skills and the ability to get buy-in on ideas within a large
organization
● Proficiency in designing interfaces and building clickable prototypes using Sketch, InVision, Axure, Photoshop, Indesign etc
● Good to have experience in developing Front end for B2B or B2C commercial applications, web and mobile
● Prior experience/familiarity with new age BI/Data visualization tools like – Google Analytics, Looker, Qlikview/QlikSense, Tableau, PowerBI, SiSense or any other similar tool will be an added advantage

● Must have worked with US/Europe based clients in onsite/offshore delivery model,
● Should have very good verbal and written communication, technical articulation, listening and
presentation skills
● Should have high degree of creativity, empathy, passion, and problem-solving ability
● Should have demonstrated effective task prioritization, time management and internal/external
stakeholder management skills
● Should be a quick learner, self-starter, go-getter and team player
● Should have experience of working under stringent deadlines in a Matrix organization structure
